After the lunch, our Midyear Meeting started. First is the opening speech, then the introduction of our new colleague. Everyone has showed their warm welcome to the new colleague because with her inclusion, our company was injected with fresh strength.
This meeting was to conclude our work of the first half of the year, make plans of the second half of the year, and discuss the quality problems. During the meeting, we were all inspired by the meeting so we were clearer about our missions of the next half year of 2016.
The meeting was started with the opening speech of Our General Manager Mrs. Zhu. She has made a targeted speech towards different departments and pointed out the existed problems, also affirmed our achievements and efforts we have paid. Mrs. Zhu's speech benefited all of us, so we could have a certain understanding of the existed problems of our company. Thus, we can pay targeted efforts towards these problems. Then was the statement of Mr. Yang who's our CFO and CTO. He has pointed the existed problems and those need-to-be-improved points of finance and technology, also, he has made the plan of the second half year so we could have better understanding about the technical works and finance requirements. Next was the turn of our CEO and COO, Mr. Kuang. He has pointed out the problems during the production process and reiterated the importance of 5S management. Besides, he had concluded the problems of executive tasks and corresponding solutions. Those problems were worth our reflection. Then was the speech of Sales Department. They have concluded the achievements and business situation, the existed problems of the first half year of 2016 and working plans of the next half year. The remaining time belonged to all the staffs. Under the company basic idea, everyone has made presentation about existed problems which can show our company's democratic management and total involvement. Finally, General Manager Mrs. Zhu has made a summary statement; she has made deep analysis and proper evaluation, affirmed the speech of all staffs and also come up with feasible solutions.
At last, this Midyear Meeting was successfully completed among the warm applause of all attending people. In the past half year, all of our fellows have tried their best in their own positions, fully embodying Asiasc's working style---"Responsibility, patience and carefulness", especially the frankly and sincerely discussion with each other and targeted suggestion which help the company and ourselves to improve. In the next days, let's keep our working style and enthusiasm to improve ourselves and develop our company!
